    Water Pipe Distribution Repair at Taman Bromo

    Please be advised that due to repair works of the water pipe near to your area at Taman Bromo on Thursday, 14 February 2019 from 11 PM to 4 AM, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as: 

    1) Decreasing of water pressure, 
    2) Changing of water quality, 
    3) Stop water supply. 

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water. 

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Water Supply Disturbance : Wednesday-Thursday, 13 to 14 February 2019

    Please be informed that we will have pipe connecting works at the main water distribution system from Wednesday, 13 February at 9 PM to Thursday, 14 February 2019 at 3 AM. 

    During the activities, there might be temporary disruptions/ conditions at Lippo Village, such as : 
    1) decreasing water supply, 
    2) changing water quality, 
    3) stop water supply. 

    Please keep some water in your storage and our water truck will be on standby for your urgent water requirements. Please call our Emergency at 0800 1900 911 for assistance. When the water supply is back to normal, please do remember to let the taps run for a while before use.  

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Pemilu 2019 : Check Your Name in Voter List

    In view of the upcoming 2019 Election of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia which will be held on April 17, 2019, we are advised that you may now check your name in the 2nd revised Voters List (Daftar Pemilih Tetap Hasil Perbaikan/ DPTHP) at your local government (Kelurahan) or via online website : https://lindungihakpilihmu.kpu.go.id/ or send a photo of your Identity Card (KTP) via WA : 0813-1615-9494 (KPU). 
     
    However, if your KTP is registered outside of Lippo Village and you wish to vote in Lippo Village, please process the vote transfer location at the designated Kelurahan at the latest on Friday, 15 February 2019.

    Park & Ride Program - External Shuttle Bus Updated

    As an appreciation for your loyalty in using our transportation services, currently we offering “Park & Ride” program – you can park your car at Maxx Box’s carpark and pay the parking tariff for IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) per day, with the following criteria :
    1) The program valid from 1 February to 30 April 2019.
    2) Passengers of External Shuttle Bus Lippo Village to Jakarta who rides the car and park at public carpark Maxx Box LV only, instead of VVIP area.
    3) Only registered cars enter the system through the access gate of Jl Bulevar Palem Raya (next to Taman Buah, Taman Sari).
    4) Use OVO to pay the parking rates.

    Below, please be informed for the new schedule of External Shuttle Bus of Lippo Village. Now we’re still continue to review the bus capacities and ridership, as well as trying to improve the services and shall keep you updated on the profess of transportations provided in Lippo Village.

    Pest Control Program February 2019

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Friday, 1 February 2019 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.
