    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes: 25-31 January 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 25-31 January 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM.

    • 25, 26, 27 January: Taman Holandia, Taman New Britania (LV North)
    • 26, 27, 28 January: Taman Golf (LV Central)
    • 27, 28, 29 January: Taman Bukit Chedi (LV West)
    • 28, 29, 30 January: Taman Ubud Permata Timur (LV West)
    • 29, 30, 31 January: Taman Ubud Kencana (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Update Info Covid-19: PPKM

    Restriction on Community Activities (PPKM)

    In response to increasing Covid-19 cases in recent days, the Government has implemented a stricter Restriction on Community Activities (PPKM)
    in Java and Bali including Banten Province, effective January 11-25, 2021.

    Banten Province covers Tangerang Raya which includes Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency and South Tangerang.

    Please be aware of the following PPKM restrictions:
    1. Limiting the workplace to 75% work from home, with strict implementation of health protocols in the office.
    2. Online teaching and learning activities.
    3. The essential sector in relation to the basic needs of the community continues to operate by regulating operating hours, 50% capacity, and strictly implementing health protocols.
    4. Limiting the opening hours of activities in shopping centers from 10.00 to 19.00 WIB, and dine-in at a maximum of 50% capacity. Take-out and online food delivery is still permitted.
    5. Allow construction activities to operate with the implementation of stricter health protocols.
    6. Allow places of worship to impose a 50% capacity limit on the implementation of stricter health protocols.
    7. Public facilities and socio-cultural activities, such as entertainment and other tourist attractions, will be temporarily suspended.
    8. Setting the capacity and operational hours of transportation.

    We appreciate your active participation and support to always be vigilant and consciously take care of the safety of yourself and others by:
    1. Continuing to practice a healthy lifestyle and always apply the 5Ms: Wearing a mask, Washing hands with soap, Keeping your distance, Avoiding crowds and Limiting your mobilization.
    2. If you or any of your family members have mild flu-like symptoms, try to stay at home and continue self-quarantine for 14 days after symptoms appear. If the symptoms are getting worse and you begin to experience fever and difficulty breathing, or other symptoms such as loss of smell, immediately get a Covid-19 test at the nearest hospital/ clinic to ensure your health condition.
    3. If confirmed positive for Covid-19 you can contact our officer at (021) 55 777 557 or email TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id to inform and wait for advice from the local Health Department, as well as info on Referral Hospitals of Covid-19 if necessary.     Pest Control Program January 2021

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free (mosquito and vermin), please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a routine pest control program (fogging method) once a month for external and public areas.

    The program will be implemented starting on Saturday, 2 January 2021 from 8 AM to 4 PM (please see below schedule). In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day.

    TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.

    Things that residents need to do when fogging takes place:
    • Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.
    • Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.

    TMD also advised residents to take additional measures to prevent mosquitoes breeding after fogging by implementing the movement of 4M plus:
    • drain the container that holds water,
    • closing containers filled with water and a bathtub,
    • burying used goods that can hold water,
    • checking water containers that can use as mosquito breeding grounds, etc.
