    TMD Call Center is Back to Normal Now

    Please be informed that the telephone number for TMD Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 is back to normal now. If any resident has questions, complaints or requires information of TMD services, please contact TMD Call Center. Our Call Center officers are serving residents every day (from 8 AM to 5.30 PM), including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

    For a condition that requires emergency assistance, please contact TMD Emergency Call officers who are always ready to serve 24-hours a day at 0800 1900 911.

    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes: 15-19 February 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 15-19 February 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 15, 16, 17 February: Taman Osaka (LV West),Taman Brawijaya (LV Central)
    • 16, 17, 18 February: Taman Pattaya & Taman Kyoto (LV West)
    • 17, 18, 19 February: Taman Ubud Asri (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Work Repair Coaxial Cable Taman Singosari & Jl. Gn. Atlantik #65 (Taman Himalaya)

    To improve the services there will be some electrical maintenance works in your area. Work will be commenced from 15 February to 15 March 2021.

    Type of works and the affected areas will be as follows:

    Work: work repair of coaxial cable
    Area(s): Taman Singosari and Jalan Gn. Atlantik #65 (Taman Himalaya)

    There may be disturbances of digging and cables pulling during the maintenance work period in front of your area.
