    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes: 05-12 January 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 05 to 12 January 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM.

    • 05, 06, 07 January: Taman Hijau, Danau Elok, Taman Elok, Taman Elok Selatan (LV Central)
    • 06, 07, 08 January: Taman Beverly Golf (LV Central)
    • 07, 08, 11, 12 January: Taman Bromo (LV Central)
    • 09 January: Karawaci Office Park (LV North)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    The Spirit of Welcoming New Year 2021

    We welcomed 2020 as a new decade with great hope. Despite the world is experiencing a health crisis due to COVID-19 pandemic this year, we trust that in the spirit of global unity and scientific advancement, we can get through this pandemic. Good news is that COVID-19 vaccine has arrived in Indonesia and is currently under review by the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) and scheduled to be ready for mass usage starting January 2021, free of charge. World financial institutions such as the World Bank, IMF and OECD project Indonesia's economic growth could reach a range of + 4-5% in 2021. Indonesia's economic growth will cascade down to a positive sentiment to the property industry, with an increase in purchasing power and recovery of market demand expected. This could lead to an increase in the competitiveness of land prices, especially in Tangerang area where it is currently under high development.

    We welcome New Year 2021 with great enthusiasm and optimism. We will continue to improve our performance of maintenance and services to meet your essential needs. Adjustment to the IPKL is still needed in line with the announcement of increase in the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) in Banten and the projected increase in inflation in 2021 corresponding to the economic recovery, as well as the enhancement works in Lippo Village carried out by TMD. We appreciate residents who addressed their input and support to us. Based on the decision we have made, we would like to announce a
    temporary postponement of the IPKL tariff adjustment which was originally planned to be effective from early 2021. With your kind support, TMD is committed to continue the development services next year.
