Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

The program will be implemented starting on Wednesday, 01 April 2020 (please see below schedule).

The program will proceed as follows:
- TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
- Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
- Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.

PeduliLindungi is a mobile application from Ministry of Information and Communication which is presented as an effort to contain Covid-19 in Indonesia. This application functions as contact tracing with Covid-19 patient by recording “Bluetooth Pairing” with nearby people. This is helpful to identify people nearby Covid-19 patient and can be quickly be checked.

We understand the challenges faced from Physical Distancing during COVID-19, with this in mind, we would like to inform that TMD will temporarily hold all the Application for New Renovation and New Building as of April 2, 2020. .

All construction activities in Lippo Village that are currently underway can still be carried out only with the strict terms and conditions below:

1. If renovation work causes any inconvenience and disturbance to other neighbors, work will be stopped.
2. Workers/laborers who are coming to a work site are in a healthy condition (no cough, fever, difficulty in breathing). If the worker/laborer is sick, entry to the cluster will not be permitted.
3. Workers/laborers must wear a mask when working.
4. Hand sanitizers/ soap and water must be made available to the workers/laborers for frequent hand washing.
5. Workers /laborers must strictly follow the required ‘social distancing’ of 2 meters from each other during work and rest hours.
6. Workers/laborers must stay within the work site and not interact with the surrounding neighborhood.
Let us maintain peace and comfort to do activities from home. If you are currently renovating or constructing your home, we advise you to contact your contractor to convey this message. We strongly advise that if the renovation or construction work is not too urgent, please postpone until the current situation normalises following the recommendation from the Government and Health Authorities. Ensure that the comfort living is still taken care of in this period.

During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
1) Decreasing of water pressure,
2) Changing of water quality.

Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.
