To ensure a safe and secure environment in Lippo Village, TMD would like to seek your cooperation in observing the Residential Rules and Regulations that have been formulated for the benefit and convenience of all residents, as follows:
1. Vendor Entry 1.1 Street Vendors (PKL) : Street vendors will not be permitted to enter the Lippo Village area, either into clusters or main roads.
1.2 Delivery of Goods : Due to daily needs such as refill of mineral water and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), delivery of goods and delivery personnel shall be permitted to enter the residential cluster by leaving a valid Identity Card and presenting proof of delivery order at the security gate. No peddling will be allowed.
1.3 Service Providers (gardener, AC technician, Internet technician and other suppliers): Personnel employed by the resident to undertake home repairs and maintenance or gardening will be required to report with proper identification and go through a security check at the gate before entry to the residential cluster.
2. Distribution of Flyers and/or Promotional MaterialsDistribution of information or promotions within the cluster area shall be coordinated and have prior approval from TMD. Vendors/ institutions shall not be allowed to enter the cluster area to distribute promotional materials/ products. This is for security reasons and to maintain the privacy of all residents.
3. TMD Work Program, Special Projects and Emergency Work TMD will be performing maintenance work in your area as part of its public works program or in the event of an emergency. We will be sending you prior notification when this happens and we will do our best to complete the work on schedule to minimize any inconvenience that it may cause. Please register your valid email address and Whatsapp number to TMD.
Please keep members of your household, contractors, technicians and suppliers informed and abide with the abovementioned rules and regulations. The Residential Rules and Regulations will take effect on September 1, 2019.
