Flushing Micro will be held from 04-08 October 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
• 4, 5, 6 October: Taman Taman Parahyangan (LV West)
• 5, 6, 7 October: Taman Ubud Asri (LV West)
• 6, 7, 8 October: Taman Permata Parahyangan, Permata Hijau Town House (LV West)
• 7, 8, October: Taman Bukit Chedi, Taman Kyoto, Taman pattaya (LV West)
• 8 October: Taman Osaka, Taman Okinawa (LV West)
During the activities, there are might be any temporary water interruptions, such as :
1) Decreasing of water pressure,
2) Changing of water quality.
Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.
Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

Pest Control Program October 2021
TMD will be undertaking a routine pest control program (fogging method) once a month for external and public areas to keep the environment pest free (mosquito and vermin).
The program will be implemented starting on Friday, 01 October 2021 from 8 AM to 4 PM (please see below schedule). In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day.
TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
Things that residents need to do when fogging takes place:
• Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.
• Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.

Traffic Flow Diversion: Simpang 4 Islamic & Simpang 3 Kelapa Dua
Due to the information received from Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tangerang regarding Traffic Flow Engineering at Simpang 4 Islamic and Simpang 3 Kelapa Dua, please be informed that there will be a diversion of traffic flow on several roads around Lippo Village which may have an impact/affect your travel route, as follows :
1. The diversion of traffic flow will take effect from Monday, September 20, 2021, i.e. every morning from 6 AM to 9 AM and in the afternoon from 4 PM to 7 PM
2. Vehicles from Lippo Village to Jl. Raya Legok is prohibited from turning right at the Islamic-Lippo intersection, turning vehicles at the Pinangsia U-turn (except angkot and vehicles of 2 wheels).
3. Vehicles from Tangerang City / Pinangsia Toll Exit to Lippo Village can turn under the bridge to the Lippo Village toll exit without going through the Islamic intersection.
