    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 04 to 07 May 2020

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro from 04 to 07 May 2020, starting from 10 AM to 2.30 PM.

    • 04 May 2020 : Taman Hollandia (LV North)
    • 05 May 2020 : Taman Ubud Cempaka Selatan (LV West)
    • 06 May 2020 : Taman Ubud Cempaka Barat (LV West)
    • 07 May 2020 : Taman Ubud Cempaka Timur (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Pest Control Program May 2020

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free (mosquito and vermin), please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a routine pest control program (fogging method) once a month for external areas and gardens.

    The program will be implemented starting on Saturday, 02 May 2020 from 8 AM to 4 PM (please see below schedule). In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day.

    TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.

    Things that residents need to do when fogging takes place:
    • Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.
    • Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.

    TMD also advised residents to take additional measures to prevent mosquitoes breeding after fogging by implementing the movement of 4M plus:
    • drain the container that holds water,
    • closing containers filled with water and a bathtub,
    • burying used goods that can hold water,
    • checking water containers that can use as mosquito breeding grounds, etc.

    The Ban of Mudik by the Government

    As you are aware, the Government through the Ministry of Transportation has recently advised on the ban on going home ‘mudik’ for Eid Al-Fitr 1441 H due to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic which continues to have a huge impact on the health and safety of our nation.

    The temporary ban takes effect on Friday, April 24, 2020, and covers the movement of public transportation, such as: land, sea, and air transport, trains, as well as private vehicles and motor cycles. In-and-Out access of Large Scale Social Restriction (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar/PSBB) such as Jabodetabek is also prohibited.

    The validity period of the temporarily ban is as follows:
    • Land transport: 31 May 2020
    • Air Transport: 1 June 2020
    • Sea Transport: 8 June 2020
    • Train: 15 June 2020

    We therefore seek your active participation and cooperation to observe these new, important regulations and be advised of the following:
    1. Strictly observe the ban of mudik due to the threat of Covid-19 transmission when travelling.
    2. Inform your household staff and helpers about the ban of mudik.
    3. If your household / helper staff still insists to go on mudik, please do not rush to re-employ them later as the Covid-19 transmission can occur at any time, including during their travel time. Our security officer will record this at the cluster post guard.

    Covid-19 : Important Notice PSBB Banten

    Banten Governor, Dr. H. Wahidin Halim has announced that the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar / PSBB) in Greater Tangerang, including Tangerang City, Tangerang District and South Tangerang.

    The PSBB takes effect on Saturday, April 18, 2020.

    The implementation of the PSBB in Banten takes into consideration that it borders directly with Jakarta and that 70 percent of Covid-19 cases have been identified in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) area where Banten now has the third-largest number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia after Jakarta and West Java. West Java itself implemented the PSBB on 15 April 2020 followed by Jakarta which already enacted the PSBB on 10 April 2020.

    The summary of PSBB in Banten as follow:
    1) Limitation to number of passengers in the car and motorcycle. Transportation mode can only accommodate 50% of capacity. Our security will do initial filtration at cluster gate posts
    2) Meet ups, sports, entertainment and academics are limited except marriage in Religious Office (Kantor Urusan Agama / KUA) without reception.
    3) Public facilities are limited except supermarket/mini market, traditional market, pharmacy, groceries, cooking oil, gas and electricity.
    4) Offices are limited except defense and security offices, government office, healthcare, logistic, economic services, communication and industry.
    5) Religious activities conducted from home.
    6) Educational Institutions are restricted except educational, training and research institutions related to health services.

    With the enactment of PSBB in Banten, we seek everyone’s cooperation to be vigilant and more conscious in maintaining safety measures to protect yourself and others.

    Please be reminded and be guided as follows:
    1) Wash your hands regularly and clean areas that are often touched by hands such as refrigerator, keys, door handles, stair railing, and your cellphone.
    2) Limit the frequency and number of family members traveling out of the house. Observe curfew of 8 PM.
    3) Wear a mask and keep a minimum distance of 2 meters when you go out.
