Commemorating the 74th Anniversary of the Independence Day of Republic Indonesia on 17 August 2019, please be advised that residents of Lippo Village are required to raise the Indonesian Flag in front of the house from 10 to 24 August 2019. 

Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances which has caused power interruption by PLN since Sunday, 4 August 2019, some areas in Lippo Village are currently still experiencing power outages. We have coordinated with PLN 123 and informed them that the electricity condition has not yet been stabilised.

Due to these power outages, clean water supply to your house in Lippo Village may be experiencing low water pressure or intermittent water supply disruptions.

We will keep you updated on the developments as we are advised by PLN and we hope that the situation will normalise soon.

To improve our services, we will do a routine pipes cleaning for clean water from 5 - 9 August 2019, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM which can affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

The schedule will be as follows :

1. Monday, 5 August 2019 area Taman Permata Parahyangan dan D 13 (LV West)

2. Friday, 9 August 2019 area Ruko Espana dan Jl. Halmahera (LV North)


During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
1) Decreasing of water pressure,
2) Changing of water quality.

Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

As you may be aware, we have experienced an earthquake today, Friday, 2 August 2019 at 7.03 PM near Sumur, Banten, which measured M 7.4. The earthquake epicenter was 10 Km below sea level and there was potential for a tsunami in some areas, according to information from BMKG.

Please be informed that due to the electrical maintenance at the main power substantion, there will be electricity power interruption at Taman Imam Bonjol – LV North area on Friday, 2 August 2019 starting from 13.00 to 16.00hrs.
