Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

The program will be implemented starting on Monday, 3 June 2019 (please see below schedule).

The program will proceed as follows:
- TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
- Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
- Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.

Your safety and comfort remains our top priority. As such, TMD continues to seek out new innovations to improve the security systems in all areas of Lippo Village. The cluster area where you live has security guards who are on standby 24 hours and on roving patrol. However, it is advised that you should remain vigilant in guarding your home and personal valuables within your own premises at all times.

The Idul Fitri holidays are coming and we would like to remind you on safety measures if you have plan to leave your home, especially for those who will be going for a long period of time :

- Keep all doors and windows locked; check all electrical devices and household equipment such as gas burner which should be turned off and unplug any other appliances. Turn off water valves to prevent any internal leaks and illegal connections to your water meter.
- Turn off unnecessary lights and recommend to use LED lights with automatic light sensor for terrace and outside lighting for security purposes.
- Keep your valuables in a safe deposit box or do not leave them behind.
- Make sure that you have securely locked your vehicles that are not used and parked in your garage or driveway. Do not keep any important documents and licenses inside your car.
- If you have any pets, please leave them to a Petshop/ Clinic that are providing pet care services or have someone to take care your pet. Do not leave your pets alone that they become a public disturbance.
- Please promptly pay your monthly billing of IPKL, Water, Electricity and Telephone to avoid any disconnection of services.
- Please advise your maid or housekeeper not to receive unfamiliar guest(s) into your house.
- In case of any emergency, please call our 24 Hour Emergency Numbers at 0800 1900 911.

TMD Protective Services cooperates with authorized Institutions who will check the condition and situation in Lippo Village. Ketupat Jaya 2019 Operation will be routinely conducted in Lippo Village to ensure a safe and crime-free environment and smooth traffic in and out of the town.

Please be informed of the following, during the holiday period from 1 to 9 June 2019:
1) There will be no work on site for building or renovation at the residential areas in Lippo Village. Please ensure that the project area is clear of debris and all building material should be placed within the project area and lock the project fence.
2) Our Call Center Officers at (021) 55 777 557 will be standby from 8 AM to 5.30 PM and TMD Customer Service will be ready to serve you from 9 AM to 1 PM. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.

Please be advised that due to repair works of the water pipe near to your area on Thursday, 16 May 2019 start from 12 - 3 PM, there might be temporary disruptions in water supply to your house at Lippo Village Central & Lippo Village West, such as:

1) decreasing of water pressure,
2) changing of water quality,
3) stop water supply.

Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water. Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

Please be informed that if you do any renovations, both structural and non-structural, make sure that you submit the applications to TMD by completing the following documents:

Non-structural renovation:
