    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 20-28 January 2020

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro from 20-28 January 2020, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM :

    20 - 22 January 2020 : Taman Spain (LV North)
    21 - 23 January 2020 : Taman Batu Jimbar and Taman Legian (LV North)
    22 - 24 January 2020 : Taman Hijau, Taman Elok, Danau Elok (LV Central)
    23, 24, 27 January 2020 : Taman Permata Parahyangan and D13 (LV West)
    24, 27, 28 January 2020 : Taman Ayu (LV North)
    25, 27, 28 January 2020 : Karawaci Office Park (LV North)


    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    17, 20, 21 January 2020 Taman Diponegoro (LV Central)

    Main Water Supply Interruption

    Please be informed that the impact of flooding still affects the stability of the main water supply to Lippo Village for the next few days. Therefore we need to make arrangements for water supply so that the average needs are fulfilled. This arrangement will have an impact on reducing the pressure at certain times.

    Please store a sufficient quantity of water immediately and conserve the use of it. If an emergency occurs, our water truck will be standby for your water requirements. Please call our Emergency at 0800 1900 911 for assistance.

    09, 10, 13 January 2020 : Taman Ubud Estate (LV West)
    10, 13, 14 January 2020 : Taman Okinawa and Taman Ubud Cempaka Selatan (LV West)

If any resident has questions, complaints or requires information of TMD services, please contact TMD Call Center. Our Call Center officers are serving residents every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 08.00 AM to 05.30 PM.

    For a condition that requires emergency assistance, please contact TMD Emergency Call officers who are always ready to serve 24-hours a day at 0800 1900 911.
