Services Improvement and Tariff Adjustment
The objective of TMD is to give residents the best services and facilities, preserve the clean environment and initiate new ways and new facilities to support the comfortable lifestyle for residents to enjoy.One of the newest facilities developed recently is the Citywalk Elvee Millennium Village. TMD infrastructure works continues to increase the value of your property in Lippo Village. In 2022, TMD plans to upgrade more services, maintain facilities and amenities in good repair, keep greening areas for better landscape and enhance security systems towards a more comprehensive safety program implemented in Lippo Village.
To be able to continue to develop and provide new measures and facilities, maintain the residential area in a clean and healthy environment, among others, requires daily operational costs. These costs are influenced by increases in basic electricity tariffs, basic materials, minimum wages and inflation rates.
TMD worked so hard not to adjust the tariff rate in 2021. However, in order to support the service quality provided, we must adjust the tariff in 2022.
The adjustment will be effective on the billing date of January 15, 2022.
As an appreciation for your support, we are offering residents and property owners a special payment program, with the following terms and conditions:
1. Offer is valid for 2022;
2. Full payment in advance for 6 (six) or 12 (twelve) months according to the selected program;
3. Participate in the credit card auto debit program;
4. Offer does not include water bill;
5. Offer valid to residents with no outstanding bills; and
6. Program is valid until January 31, 2022.
