Trees are vital to our life. Lippo Village treats the trees planted in the town with great care. Because your health is important to us.

How does TMD maintain thousands of trees, mature or newly planted beneficial to our life and the environment? Not only that trees produces the oxygen we need but it also cleans the air, protect our environment, providing shade and adding beauty to our town.

TMD routinely does a health check of all the trees and prune them at the right time.

Pruning is carried out for trees that are already shady and are considered to be of high risk to the environment and residents’ property.

Recently we have been experiencing heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds. Although tree checking and pruning is being carried out by our environmental
team during the rainy season, we still encounter some trees and dead branches falling in Lippo Village due to unusually strong winds.

Please help us do your own ‘health check’ for trees within their property areas. Trees that are too tall or too shady certainly have a higher risk of falling during the heavy rains and winds.

It is the resident’s responsibility to maintain the trees inside their individual property, as well as costs incurred. We appreciate your active participation in preserving and protecting our environment.

We remind though that please do not trim or cut trees that are outside your property area.

There are also many residents who park their vehicles in public areas, such as roadsides or in parks. Most will look for a shaded space under the trees. Should any damage occur on a vehicle parked under a tree, TMD is not responsible for repairs or losses incurred, even if the tree has been planted by TMD on common grounds.
