The concept of creating residential clusters with defined boundaries and distinct housing design is the very essence and uniqueness of Lippo Village during its initial stages and continues to be carried out throughout its development. As such, maintaining and establishing a hard protective ring around these clusters is a top priority for TMD, ensuring a safe and secure residential haven for residents. Because, your Security matters.
Inside the cluster, houses are designed in such a way that there is no need for fencing. Instead, planting between properties are encourage for a greener and open environment. Residents can rely on 24/7 Security on patrol and gated entrances and exit for access control.
Boundary fences around several residential clusters are in place, however, to prevent unauthorized entry and add another security layer that residents can depend.
During the past year, 2020, TMD undertook a focused plan of action to upgrade and repair damaged boundary fences. For more protection, barbed wire was added in areas where it was needed. In all, TMD fence improvements accounted for 2.721 m in Lippo Village Central (Taman Brawijaya, Danau Biru, Mediterranean S3, Diponegoro, Rolling Hills and Cendana Golf), 2.212 m in Lippo Village North (Taman Spain, Britannia, New Britannia, Holandia, Halmahera, Boulevard Kalimantan and Karawaci Office Park) and 1.778 m in Lippo Village West (T. Ubud Indah, Ubud Cempaka Selatan, Ubud Cempaka Timur, Ubud Cempaka Barat, Ubud Loka, Bukit Chedi, Ubud Permai, Permata Sektor 5, 6, 7).

The enhancement works will continue throughout 2021 in stages and priority areas have already been established. In case, however, you may notice some damaged fencing in your residential area, please do not hesitate to call us at (021) 55 777 557 to report the damage in a specific area. TMD will address your concern and undertake repairs if necessary.
