Post Image Living in Lippo Village means being part of a vibrant community. To ensure harmony amongst neighbors when planning your private event, securing a permit from TMD is essential. Likewise when your guests arrive.

Why get a permit?
It's all about safety and coordination, particularly when bringing in equipment for your event. From tents to tables, security must oversee these arrivals, which can only happen with an official TMD permit.

Remember these neighborly guidelines for any event:
• All event activities must be held within your property area only.
• Event must be held no earlier than 8 AM and no later than 10 PM.
• Traffic flow must not be disturbed. Hence, no road closures or tents on the street will be allowed.
• Parking of guest’s vehicles must not hinder or disturb the access of other residents in the area.
• If you need additional power supply, it is recommended to use a silent generator. The location of the generator placement should not disturb other residents by its smoke or smell.
• The sound of the sound system (if any) must not disturb your neighbors.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the surrounding area during the event and after the event.
• Please refrain from inviting street vendors into the community.
