Having a pet requires dedication and lots of care. Ensure they're healthy and pose no risk to your family or neighbours. Train them properly, vaccinate against rabies, feed them well, groom them, and manage their waste.

A major issue among pet owners in Lippo Village is dogs being allowed to poop anywhere without proper clean up. As a dog owner, you have responsibilities to your pet and community. When taking your dog out for walks or playtime in a public area, always wear a leash, clean up after they do their business – yes, even outside your home! If you have household staff walking your dog, make sure they're aware of the importance of cleaning up after your pet.

Why should you clean up after your dog?

1. Comfort and cleanliness: No one wants to see, smell or accidentally step on dog poop!
2. Health: Dog waste can be hazardous to humans and the environment, causing diseases and contaminating groundwater. In fact, one gram of dog poop can contain 23 million fecal coliform bacteria known to cause serious illnesses.

TMD urges all cat and dog owners to put collars on their pets and keep them within their property limits. Pets found without collars could be mistaken for strays and shall be caught by TMD. Unclaimed pets will be taken away from Lippo Village.
