IPKL (Iuran Pengelolaan dan Keamanan Lingkungan) is not new to our long-time residents, however, for new residents who have just moved to Lippo Village or recently purchased new or secondary homes perhaps the IPKL obligation is not clearly understood.

The IPKL contribution charged to homeowners in Lippo Village is a form of active participation of all residents in maintaining and preserving the quality of living environment for all residents as well as the city’s environment. TMD can continue to provide the services it offers to residents through their timely IPKL payment.

The IPKL contribution are allocated towards the costs of services for the day to day running of the residential cluster and for town maintenance. Your contribution towards these costs is referred to as the IPKL.

Your monthly IPKL and water billing will be sent on the 15th of every month with schedule of payment at the end of the month at the latest. Please pay your billing on time to avoid the 2% of penalty.

Who has to pay the IPKL bill?

1. All property owners and residents.
2. All non-resident property owners who leave their house or lot vacant for future occupancy or development.
