We’ve reached our mid-year milestone and welcome you all to continue working with us as we carry out the remaining TMD tasks and projects for the rest of 2022.

Grateful for the trust and support you have extended to TMD, we look forward to complete the work we have embarked on for 2022 despite the pandemic and economic challenges facing us. Let us remain committed to our dream of making Lippo Village the best community, clean, safe and healthy that all residents can enjoy and be proud of.

This month we focus on the downside of leaving your house unattended and vacant for a prolonged time. We have sent reminders to property owners and reached out to them through various channels, however, our field officers still find many houses that remain in the state of negligence. Tall grass and overgrown trees have creeped up and as such the deterioration disturbs the neighbours. Don’t let it reduce your property values. Take care of your investment property. You will not regret it.

We urge everyone to properly clean your surroundings and home to get rid of pest and rodents. Though a small creature, a rat can bring huge problems in your house, causing not only damage but can bring diseases. Keep them off by keeping your house clean and in tip top condition.
